Structural Steel Frame for Royal Hotel Seafront Conversion in Bognor Regis, West Sussex

In 2019, S-FABS were commissioned by King and Drury Construction to Detail, Manufacture & Install the Structural Steel frame for the extension & conversion of the former Royal Hotel a prominent historic building located on the Bognor Regis seafront in West Sussex.

The redevelopment transformed the former hotel into 27 contemporary apartments, alongside a restaurant and bar, helping to breathe new life into one of the town’s best-known seafront landmarks. Working as part of the wider construction team, S-FABS supplied and installed the structural steelwork that formed a key part of this successful regeneration project.

We are proud to have contributed to the restoration and redevelopment of such an iconic West Sussex building, supporting the delivery of a high-quality development that combines modern living with the heritage of the original structure.
