Royal Hotel, Bognor Regis

In 2019, S-FABS were commissioned by King and Drury Construction to Detail, Manufacture & Install the Structural Steel frame for the extension & conversion of the former Royal Hotel on Bognor Regis seafront into apartments.

The finished development comprised of 27 beautifully curated contemporary apartments, along with a Restaurant and a Bar.

We take great pride in the part we played in this successful conversion.
